PropatisHq

SaaS for Real Estate management (B2B and B2C)

PROJECT OVERVIEW

This case study showcases the creation of Propatis, a unified property management and marketplace platform. Through user-centered design, seamless workflows, and intuitive interfaces, the platform addresses the challenges landlords face in managing listings, tenants, and creating professional, marketable property websites, while providing tenants and buyers with a trustworthy and efficient property search experience. The result? A streamlined, engaging, and reliable solution that empowers property owners to grow their business and helps users find and secure their ideal homes effortlessly.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

Property management and discovery is fragmented, leaving landlords and agents juggling multiple tools to list properties, manage tenants, and track applications. Meanwhile, tenants and buyers struggle to find verified, trustworthy listings in one place, often encountering incomplete or misleading property information. The existing landing page and platform did not clearly differentiate the needs of B2B and B2C users, creating confusion and limiting engagement. There was also a need to validate usability and feature effectiveness through beta testing before full-scale launch.

SOLUTION

Propatis was designed as a unified platform for landlords, agents, tenants, and buyers. Landlords can manage properties, tenants, and create marketable websites from one dashboard, while tenants and buyers can browse verified listings, apply easily, and find trusted properties. The landing page clearly separates B2B and B2C journeys, and beta testing ensures usability and feature effectiveness before launch.
