The ERP acts as the core system of record, managing crew and engineer profiles, licenses and certifications, rosters and scheduling, flight and maintenance records, payroll, expenses, claims, and regulatory compliance. It supports scheduling officers, maintenance teams, HR, finance, and operations by providing structured workflows and a single source of accurate operational data.


The CRM and Mobile App connect teams and keep operations moving in real time. The CRM handles requests, approvals, support tickets, and task tracking across departments, while the Mobile App gives flight crew, cabin crew, and maintenance engineers instant access to schedules, documents, notifications, and operational tools—ensuring smooth coordination both on ground and in flight.
